REAPER MIDI on Zorin OS 18

If you're on Zorin OS (or any Ubuntu-based distro running PipeWire) and REAPER won't receive MIDI from your USB controller — even though it shows up in Preferences — here's the fix

Caught on Camera to be precise. Where the production tries to play it off as scientific with the CGI floating words. I knew a dude from Toronto did that for the TV shows. Helluva ... what's M Manson say? "I can choke on Diet Coke™ (new model)."
i digress.
Imagine Their Scenario:
1.) Dude. Get that CGI.
2.) Dude, I got these half-ass jokers. They got [limited] credibility [which is based on the very show which establishes that credibility]. ...
