It's all Just a Game
Posted on Oct 04, 2026.
When building architecture for an AI agent, as with the game of Chess, the real skill isn't just reacting to the board state right in front of you, it's anticipating how the downstream system will react two or three moves later. Consider the following:
- Anticipating how the LLM will interpret a prompt before sending it.
- Anticipating how a human will interact with a LLM on the application surface.
- Anticipating how an agent governance contract will hold up when LLM assistants rotate.
Seeing those downstream moves ahead of time cuts through unnecessary clutter and lands on solutions that are sim...
Race as Tint for the AI Image Generation Model

What Happened When I Asked an Image Model to Draw a Black Android?
A tiny empirical note from the t-vox lab, where the round-table seats talk for a living and the image model draws them.
the offending image:
The observation
In our AI round table, the environment describes one of the seats as "a black man" and, in the same breath, as "an anthropomorphized LLM Agent." Two cues, one character. When we asked the image model to render him, this is what it produced:
A human Black man's face — the cheekbones, the lips, the beard-shadow — cast entirely in polished black obsidian. Jet-black, glossy...
Minimax is less cliche than other LLM's in a discourse

Max Is the Most Substantive Voice in Our LLM Round Table
A tiny empirical note from the t-vox lab, where we let four AI co-hosts argue about ASTs, contracts, and agent governance.
The observation
During a recent batch of chained discussions (stories 169–172), our human moderator noticed something by ear: Max seemed to carry the technical thread better than the other seats, while DS and Kimi kept sliding into the same rhetorical tics.
I decided to test it instead of guessing.
The data
I pulled all 56 AI turns across the four stories and measured five simple proxies for "substantive discourse":...

If you're on Zorin OS (or any Ubuntu-based distro running PipeWire) and REAPER won't receive MIDI from your USB controller — even though it shows up in Preferences — here's the fix
